Kick gives streamers 95% of subscription and KICKs revenue: from a $5 sub the creator gets $4.75 and the platform keeps $0.25. Partners also earn money for organic viewership at a rate Kick does not publish. How much a channel actually makes depends on its number of paying subscribers and its average concurrent viewers.
How much does a streamer get from one Kick sub?
According to Kick's help center at the time of writing, a subscription costs a flat $5 per month in every country, with no regional pricing. The split is 95/5 in the creator's favor, and it applies from the very first sub, not only to big channels.
- 10 subscribers — about $47.50 a month.
- 25 subscribers (the Partner threshold) — about $118.
- 100 subscribers — about $475.
- 500 subscribers — about $2,375.

What are KICKs and how much do tips bring in?
KICKs are Kick's tipping currency: viewers buy them with dollars and send them in chat. According to Kick's help center, the streamer receives 95% of their value, the same split as for subs.
- KICKs income depends entirely on how active your audience is; there is no fixed rate.
- Viewers tip most for interaction: stream goals, challenges, text-to-speech messages.
- Many creators also connect external tipping services; their fees are separate from Kick's.
How much does the Kick Partner Program pay?
The program used to be called the Creator Incentive Program (KCIP) and was renamed the Kick Partner Program in 2025. Partners are paid per stream based on their organic audience.
- There is no official hourly rate: Kick does not publish its formula, and partner pay terms are confidential.
- The rate is influenced by average viewership across recent streams, plus the language and region of the audience.
- The often-quoted "$16 an hour" comes from 2023 reports about an invite-only group, not a guaranteed rate.

How much does a new streamer really earn?
In the first months, income usually means a few subs and the odd tip. A realistic benchmark for a channel with 10–30 concurrent viewers is tens of dollars a month. Meaningful money appears when three things come together:
- a steady schedule and 30+ hours of streaming a month;
- a community outside Kick: Discord, Telegram, TikTok clips;
- Partner status, which adds pay for viewership.
How can you increase your income on Kick?
- Enable subs right after your first 5 hours of streaming and add sub emotes and badges.
- Announce goals, like "at 20 subs we do a viewer-request stream".
- Look for sponsors: integrations are paid directly, with no platform cut.
- Build your personal brand; see personal branding on social media.
Income grows with your viewer count. If your stream is lost at the bottom of the category, you can lift your starting numbers with viewers for your Kick stream (from $0.24 per 1000 for an hour), but remember that the money comes from real people who stay on your channel. How do you get the money you earn?
