Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Palladium SMM
("we", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, and stores personal data when you use
our website and the Palladium SMM Chrome Extension ("Extension").
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Website & account
- Registration data — name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
- Transaction data — payment amounts, order history, balance top-ups.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
2.2 Chrome Extension
- OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens stored locally in
chrome.storage.local on your device. Never sent to third parties.
- Profile data — your display name, email, and account balance fetched from our API solely to show inside the Extension popup; not stored persistently.
- Active tab URL — read temporarily when you use the boost button or context menu to pre-fill the order form, then immediately discarded.
- Extension settings — a single boolean preference (
boost_btn_enabled) stored locally on your device.
3. How We Use the Data
- To register and authenticate your account.
- To process orders and payments.
- To display account information in the Extension popup.
- To pre-fill the order URL when you initiate a boost from a social-media page.
- To send transactional emails (order status, payment confirmations).
- To ensure security and prevent fraud.
- To improve our services through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Account data is stored on secured servers. Extension data resides exclusively in
chrome.storage.local on your device and is not synced to external servers
beyond our own API (palladium-smm.com).
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion
at any time by contacting us. Extension tokens are removed when you log out or uninstall
the Extension.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:
- Payment processors — to complete transactions (they receive only the minimum data required).
- Legal obligations — when required by applicable law or a valid government request.
6. Chrome Extension Permissions
- storage — to save authentication tokens and preferences locally on your device.
- identity — to run the OAuth 2.0 login flow securely via Chrome's identity API.
- activeTab / tabs — to read the current page URL so the order form can be pre-filled with the social-media link you are viewing.
- contextMenus — to add a "Boost via Palladium" right-click menu item on supported pages.
- Host permissions for social networks — to inject the optional in-page boost button on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, VK, and other supported platforms.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication and CSRF protection. We may also use
analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser
settings; note that some features may not function correctly without them.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
