To become a Kick partner you need a verified channel and, over the last 30 days, 75 average concurrent viewers, 30 hours streamed, 25 active subscribers, 250 unique chatters and 3 saved VODs, plus at least 250 followers. You then apply by email from the address linked to your account. Meeting the thresholds does not guarantee approval: every application is reviewed manually.
What are the Kick Partner Program requirements?
The Kick Partner Program is the successor to the Creator Incentive Program (KCIP). Requirements were lowered in 2025, and at the time of writing they look like this (all metrics cover a rolling 30 days, except followers):
- A verified channel with a completed About section and social links.
- 75 average concurrent viewers (CCV).
- 30 hours streamed.
- 25 active paid subscribers.
- 250 unique accounts that chatted (people count, not messages).
- 3 VODs on your channel.
- 250 lifetime followers.
- Compliance with the community guidelines, terms of service and DMCA policy.
Kick states that thresholds may change, so check your creator dashboard before applying.
The hardest part is getting off zero: real viewers rarely stay in an empty stream. For your first broadcasts you can add starting numbers with viewers for your Kick stream from $0.24 per 1000 for an hour, no password needed. To be upfront, though: partner metrics must be organic. Kick reviews your stats and refuses applications for artificially inflated numbers.
What comes before Partner: Creator and verification
Partner is the third step. Under the most recently announced rules, two stages come first:
- Path to Creator (formerly Affiliate): 5 hours streamed, no follower requirement. Unlocks subscriptions.
- Path to Verification (the checkmark): 50 average viewers, 10 subscribers, 15 hours streamed and 100 unique chatters in 30 days.
If you are starting from scratch, see our guide on how to stream on Kick.
Where can you track your progress?
- Open your creator dashboard at dashboard.kick.com.
- Go to the Achievements section.
- Each metric shows its current value and the threshold. Remember the window is rolling: hours and chatters older than a month stop counting.
How do you apply for Kick Partner?
- Make sure every metric in Achievements is met.
- Email the Partner Program address listed in Kick's help center, strictly from the email linked to your account.
- Include your channel name, category, schedule and a short summary of your 30-day numbers.
- Wait for a reply. If you are refused, you can reapply after 30 days.
For what the status actually earns, read how much Kick pays streamers.
Why does Kick refuse or remove partner status?
Kick's help center lists the grounds for refusing or revoking verification or partnership:
- repeated rule violations within 30 days;
- unlicensed content, mirrored, blank or pre-recorded streams;
- artificially inflated stats and joining communities that trade engagement;
- subscribing to your own channel with your own money;
- hate speech, harassment or illegal activity on stream;
- 90 days of inactivity.
How can you hit the requirements faster?
- 30 hours a month is, for example, 4 two-hour streams a week. Keep the same time slot.
- 250 chatters come from interaction: questions to viewers, polls, chat games.
- Build your core audience on Discord; see how to run a Discord server.
- The overall strategy is in how to grow a Kick channel.
