2.1 The Contractor provides social media content promotion services in accordance with this agreement.

3.1 The Contractor may engage third parties without the Customer's prior approval.
3.2 The Customer is obligated to pay for services in the specified amount and within the specified timeframe.
3.3 The Customer must ensure that the content is accessible at the specified link for the entire duration of the agreement.
3.4 The Customer may not remove content without written agreement from the Contractor. In the event clauses 3.3–3.4 are violated, obligations are considered fulfilled and no refund is issued.
3.10 The Contractor may extend delivery deadlines due to technical issues, introduction of platform filters or updates, or changes to social network algorithms.
3.12 The Contractor undertakes not to take any actions during service delivery that could harm the Customer's business reputation.
4.2 Payment for services is made in advance (full prepayment) before service delivery begins.
The Contractor begins service delivery within 24 hours of funds being credited.
Payments made from the Customer's account(s) are considered authorized and made by the Customer in all cases. The risk of unauthorized payment lies with the Customer.
Both parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of accepted obligations. Disputes shall be resolved through written negotiations and a mandatory pre-trial claims procedure before any court proceedings.
6.1 Force majeure circumstances include: war, epidemics, fires, natural disasters, and acts of government authorities.
6.2 The party invoking force majeure must notify the other party in writing within 5 business days of the event's occurrence.
6.3 The deadline for fulfilling obligations is extended by the duration during which performance is impossible.
7.1 The agreement takes effect upon acceptance of these terms and receipt of payment.
7.2 The Customer may terminate the agreement early by providing 30 days' written notice; previously paid amounts are non-refundable.
7.4 The agreement is concluded for a term of 1 month and remains in effect until all obligations have been fulfilled.
8.1 Both parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of transmitted information and not to disclose it to third parties.
8.2 This requirement does not apply to disclosure of information pursuant to a request by authorized authorities.
